A Word From Our Pastor
Trips and travels are a part of all of our lives. We vacation to favorite destinations, we journey to visit family who live in other parts of the world, or friends visit us in our homes. Some trips are long adventures - while some are short journeys close to where we live.
I want to highlight two special journeys for you to enjoy in the coming months. Journey to worship on Sunday mornings - or to come "back" to worship, if you have been away for a time. Be our guest in worship, if you haven't found your way to our doorstep before this.
I also want to invite you on a second special journey. My wife and I have hosted groups of friends and parishioners on numerous tours in previous years, and are currently looking forward to traveling to China May 13 - 28, 2008. Sail the Yangtze River, Explore a Forbidden City, Stand on the Great Wall & Sail through Three Gorges. You can obtain specific details for this travel opportunity by contacting me directly at the church (346-6400).
Look forward to your next adventure in travel, whether abroad or across this nation of ours - or simply a trip to worship together in our family of faith each Sunday morning at 10:30 A.M. May God bless us as we journey in faith through life.
