Membership in Covenant Women is open to all women members of Covenant Presbyterian Church. The governing board consists of the Moderator, Secretary, Treasurer and Nominating Committee Chair.
Current Mission funding includes Breadbasket, Church Women United, The Infant Care Program at Covenant, Safety Net, Women's Resource Center, Stand for Children and the Red Cross. Support is also given to Presbyterian Women and it's many worldwide missions.
Many programs and activities are held throughout the year. A Spring Event/Luncheon is held in April. In the fall comes our famous "Junk & Jewels" Sale. This is our largest Fundraiser each year. In December we hold our annual "Christmas Tea". Entertainment is provided and homemade cookies are available for sale.

The Covenant Craft group meets every Monday from September through December and the months of March and April. They begin at 10:30 A.M., bring a bag lunch and depart at 2:00 P.M. Many different items are created for sale at the Women's Christmas Tea, the Spring Event and are also available in the display case on the ground floor of the church (office area). Christmas ornaments, crochet baby sweaters, pins, magnets, small seasonal household decorations are just a few of the items created.

The Quilting group has been meeting for quite a few years now. They meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 6:30 P.M. at the church. Bring your own project, get help and advice from others, have a cup of coffee and enjoy some fellowship!
Occasionally the quilters enjoy a group project such as this quilt, "Sunbonnet Sue & Sam", donated to the Infant Care Program for a raffle. Over $700.00 was raised!

The Membership & Evangelism Committee helps to coordinate many opportunities at Covenant Church. There have been Beach Parties in February, Church Picnics at Camp Lackawanna, Mardi Gras, Hanging of the Greens, etc. Opportunities for involvement include Ushering, hosting Fellowship Hour, teaching Sunday School, helping with seasonal workshops and many more!
