LEARNING AND GROWING IN FAITH IS FOR ONE AND ALL!

All of God's children, of all ages, are invited to participate in our seasonal gatherings and workshops: a "Welcome Back Breakfast"; the Hanging of the Greens and an Advent Workshop; and the Lenten Workshop. We also offer events geared to empower our leaders and teachers-but which are meaningful experiences to all! Look out for guest speakers, trainings and special forums on our church calendar.

Nursery
Infants, toddlers and preschoolers! Sundays (10am until after worship) * 2nd floor

• Our nursery is staffed with experienced workers who provide a safe, nurturing environment. (All workers are screened) Children hear a Bible lesson, sing and color or make a craft. Our nursery is a peanut free space- we provide snack.
• All children are encouraged to experience worship with their parents. Worship aids are available from our ushers!
• Nursery care is available upon request for children of adults attending 9:30 a.m. Sunday seminars, contact our office at 346-6400.

Sunday School
Kindergarten - Seventh grade!
Sundays - 9:30 A.M. - Third floor

• Each morning we come together to hear Bible lessons and share activities to enrich our faith.
• We have dedicated teachers who use the curriculum, Whole People of God, to lead children through shared time and separate age appropriate crafts and activities.

Confirmation
For our "tweens", of at least 12 years of age! Call the church office for information on classes (346-6400).

• This formation experience helps our youth grow in faith and Christian understanding, as they discern whether or not to profession their faith publicly and become members of the church.

Ministry with Youth

MONDAY SCHOOL Mondays, 7:00pm * Library

• A small group study experience for men and women. Together the group explores the Bible through exploration of figures in the Bible, or reflection on seasonal topics (Lent), for example. The group is facilitated by one of Covenant's very gifted elders, but draws on the wisdom and leadership of all who participate.

SUNDAY MORNING SEMINARS Sunday 9:30 AM, Third Floor* Safety Net Room

• Sunday Morning Seminars are designed to offer adults opportunities to examine the basics of the Christian faith and to explore their meaning for daily life.

  FALL 2007
  "Plowing Through the Bible". Some of the topics we'll explore include: "Foundational Stories for Christians, Jews and Muslims", "Into the Promised Land: Was there Milk and Honey?", "Israel's Golden Boy", "The Lamb and Lion, Together."

An elevator is available to third floor from the Madison Avenue entrance. Child Care is available on request (church office, 346-6400).
