What are the Goals of our Campaign?

Stained Glass
Cost: $110,000
After an extensive study of all of our stained glass we have been advised that the beautiful 1905 era window, depicted on the cover of this brochure, is in urgent need of repair and restoration.

Manse Repairs
Cost: $80,000
Repairs to the roof drainage system, windows and front porch, along with some interior refurbishment will preserve the house for use as our new pastor's residence, a single family rental, or other long range mission possibility.

Front Entrance
Cost: $60,000
As the Church prepares to welcome a new pastor we also want to prepare to welcome new members into our congregation through the "front door" of the church. Restoration of our front steps and entrance will accomplish this.

Sanctuary
Cost: $150,000
Our existing heating system is on its "last legs." By replacing it with a forced air system we can also add air conditioning at minimal cost. We also are in need of enhanced lighting for the seating areas under the balconies.

Mission Gift
Cost: $25,000
Our Presbytery's Camp Lackawanna, which actually serves our own church in many meaningful ways, is about to launch its own capital funds drive to provide some much needed financial stability. In order to honor our congregation's commitment to mission during this pledge drive we will give 5% of our campaign dollars to this cause.

Building Endowment
Cost: $25,000
Establish a separate building maintenance endowment for future maintenance and repairs to our church properties.

Architect and Campaign Expenses
Cost: $50,000
The professional services necessary for developing our facilities master plan, capital campaign, and various expenses involved with these activities will be covered by this amount.
